Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support / BPO Executive to join our client’s growing team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for resolving queries, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across voice and non-voice channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat support for customer queries
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and courteous tone
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when required
- Maintain call logs, records, and customer interaction reports
- Work toward achieving customer satisfaction and service-level targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream) / 12th pass with relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus)
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple queries efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, typing skills)
- Freshers are welcome; prior BPO/Customer Support experience is an advantage
